Town Planner
Location: Kent

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated planning professional to take ownership of a variety of exciting residential and mixed use projects, working closely with internal design, land and development teams to help deliver high-quality schemes across the region.

The Role:
As a Town Planner, you will be involved in all aspects of the planning process, including:

Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and supporting statements
Providing strategic planning advice to colleagues and external stakeholders
Monitoring local plans and identifying development opportunities
Managing relationships with local authorities and key consultants
Supporting land acquisition and development teams with planning input throughout the project lifecycle

About You:

RTPI-accredited degree or equivalent qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline
MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership
2-4 years' experience within a developer, consultancy, or local authority
Strong understanding of residential planning policy and processes
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Proactive, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively
