£30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on Experience)
A leading surveying firm near Ashford is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join their close-knit team. The Role:
You’ll work across a variety of projects including residential, commercial and infrastructure schemes. The scope of work includes Land Surveying, Measured Building Surveys, Laser Scanning, Monitoring, Drone Surveys, Earthworks/Volumetric Analysis, and Setting Out. You will also have the chance to process data using the latest CAD and survey software.
Most projects are within a 1-hour radius of the office, with very rare overnight stays required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed topographical and measured building surveys
- Perform monitoring, setting out, boundary and drone surveys
- Operate Leica equipment and process data using CAD and survey software
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and data quality
- Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project needs
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ UK land surveying experience
- Full UK driving licence
