Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: 45,000 - 47,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our client based in Ashford, this is a great opportunity for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse/factory operations ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Implement and manage inventory control systems to optimise storage and distribution efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows and processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor equipment and ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed.
- Apply CNC or programming knowledge to optimise operational processes and machinery performance.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other essential warehouse data.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing warehouse or factory operations.
- Proficient in CNC operations and/or programming with a strong technical understanding.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
