We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our client based in Ashford, this is a great opportunity for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse/factory operations ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.
  • Implement and manage inventory control systems to optimise storage and distribution efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
