I am currently recruiting on behalf of a dynamic client based in Ashford, Kent, and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

About the Role:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the operations department. You will oversee a team, manage processes, and identify areas for improvement, all while maintaining a high standard of service and quality. Your role will be crucial in driving operational excellence and ensuring the company meets its targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day operations to ensure the efficient running of the business.
