Job Title: Partnerships Development Manager
Salary:45,000 - 55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full time/permanent- Hybrid working
Location: Maidstone or Canterbury (You must be able to attend the office in Maidstone at least once per week)
The role:
- Business development strategy
- Working with other teams to identify, track and manage new business leads and proposals
- Attend networking events and be an ambassador for the business
- Referrer and key client development
- Research and really know the market and key client information
- Manage proposals and pitches
- Additional projects - opportunity to assist the Head of Marketing & Business Development in company wide projects
The person:
- A great networker, someone who loves to build great relationships
- Previous experience in B2B business development
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Ability to inspire others
- Passion for winning business
- Flexibility to attend events that may be outside of office hours
