We're delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Senior Building Services Engineer to join a leading, award-winning multidisciplinary engineering consultancy recognised for its innovative, sustainable design solutions.

In this senior role, you'll lead and deliver high-quality mechanical and electrical design services across a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You'll work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, creatively, and to the highest technical standards, while providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

• Significant experience in a senior building services role, leading complex projects from concept to completion

• Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards chartership

• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing design teams and mentoring junior engineers

• Advanced technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services, sustainability standards, and UK building regulations

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to produce and review detailed design documentation

• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills

• Experience with IES or other building performance software

• Strong understanding of low-carbon and net-zero design principles

• Previous consultancy experience within the UK building services sector

• Experience in business development or client relationship management.
