Location: Ashford
Shifts: Rotating: 06:45 - 14:15 & 14:00 - 21:15 (Mon - Fri)
Overview:
We are seeking a Small Scale Compounding Operator. The role involves working rotating shifts and preparing small-scale product batches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix raw materials accurately.
- Operate compounding equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area to prevent contamination.
- Perform quality checks and maintain production records.
- Stock replenishment's.
- Packing and dispatching of all samples to customers.
- Completing company paperwork
- Data entry of orders to in-house software
Requirements:
- Production experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
- Good working knowledge of SAP
- Proven literacy and numeracy skills
- IT Proficient
- Team Building Skills
