As part of the Gateway team, the Gateway Coordinator will play a key role in delivering efficient and effective customer service. This position requires adherence to industry best practices, ISO standards, standard operating procedures, regulatory compliance, and health & safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vehicle collections and deliveries from airlines within agreed timelines
  • Manage the flow of consignments, ensuring accuracy, safety, and security
  • Prepare and submit customs reports as required
  • Maintain accurate data capture and update the in-house operating system
  • Raise records in ETSF and manage discharge of T1’s from overnight DDX deliveries
  • Resolve queries from customers and suppliers promptly
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external customers
  • Support internal and external rate reviews and cost control
  • Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Update invoicing, job costing, CIA, netting, and milestones within required timeframes
  • Adopt best practice models across all activities
  • Other duties as directed by supervisors or management

Must have some freight or Transport would be advantage be PC literate

Working Monday to Friday pm
