Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Procurement Manager with day-to-day purchasing activities
  • Raising and managing purchase orders and supplier contracts
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate procurement records
  • Assisting with sourcing and negotiating prices to ensure best value
  • Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory management processes

About You:

  • Previous experience in a procurement, purchasing or supply chain support role
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with SAP or similar is a bonus)
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
