The nitty-gritty - What will you do?
Â
Imagine stepping on board and assisting the Technical Manager in vital food safety practices across the business. Providing competent, efficient support, and ensuring the safety, quality and legality of products.

A typical day in your sneakers might include:Â

-Inspecting raw materials and finished products against specifications.
-Auditing site production and conducting investigations into customer complaints.
-Completing technical reports and administering databases with meticulous detail.
-Preparing samples for lab testing and analysing the results.
-Spearheading internal quality and safety audits, driving continuous improvement.

Who are we looking for?
Â
The ideal individual will be one with at least a Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 training, including a minimum of 3 years' experience within the Food Manufacturing Industry. You'll thrive in this role if you're proactive, have a solid understanding of Microbiology and hazards, and you're a strong communicator.
