Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established small to medium-sized construction and development company based in Kent. The business builds approximately 20 high-quality residential properties per year and prides itself on a close-knit team environment, where most staff have been with the company for over six years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all cost planning, budgeting, and financial control throughout each project.

  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.

  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments.

  • Monitor project cost performance and ensure delivery within budget and timescales.

  • Work closely with site and project teams to ensure commercial objectives are met.

Requirements:
