Due to continued growth and success, they are now looking to welcome an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team.Location: Based in Staines Salary:    Basic starting salary of £30,000 plus commission!What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Conduct property valuations and gather key marketing information.
  • Coordinate photography and promotional material for listings.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
  • Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
  • Advertise and market properties using a variety of channels.
  • Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders including solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Oversee the sales progression process to ensure a smooth completion.
  • Maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after transactions.
  • Keep administrative records up to date and compliant.
