We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to work alongside the Catering Manager at an established multi-faceted business - part of a national UK company catering for large groups serving company core to spec menus. You will have experience working in high-volume catering/restaurant operations.
You might be an assistant/deputy manager looking to step up.

- A background managing/working in high volume catering/restaurant operations
- A hands-on lead from the front approach
- An understanding of cost, budget and labour controls
- A very keen eye for detail and passion for high standards
- Excellent communication, supervisory and training skills

- Supervise and motive the team
