Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm)
Salary: 32,000 per annum, increasing to 35,019 after a 6-month probation.

We're looking for a skilled and versatile Maintenance Operative to join our Property Services team in Kent. This is a field-based role, where you'll work from home and travel daily to provide both planned and reactive maintenance across our properties.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be a key part of our team, carrying out a variety of tasks in both occupied and empty properties. Your responsibilities will include:
Plumbing: Performing a range of repairs and minor installations.
Carpentry & Joinery: Handling everything from door and window installations to fitting kitchen units, worktops, locks, and stud walls.
Plastering: Completing patch plastering as needed.
Painting & Decorating: Preparing surfaces and carrying out redecoration tasks.
Groundwork: Performing groundwork, fencing, and clearance repairs.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with your team, line manager, and other departments to ensure our properties are always in excellent condition.
