Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Manager to oversee the operations of a residential care home for the elderly in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining stability and ensuring high-quality care during a transitional period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the care home to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead and support the care team to deliver exceptional care to residents, fostering a safe and supportive environment.- Work closely with staff to implement care plans and monitor the wellbeing of residents
