The Role
Vision for Education are looking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join one of our partner SEMH school in Ashford. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs to thrive both academically and personally.
You will be working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils to overcome barriers to learning and build positive relationships in and out of the classroom.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to:

Have experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (experience within an SEMH setting desirable).
