Senior Architect

Location: Kent

Salary: 35-40,000

Our client, a well-established RIBA-chartered practice based in Kent, is seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Architect to join their collaborative team. Specialising in sustainable architecture across residential, commercial, and education sectors, the practice is entering an exciting phase of growth with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.

Requirements:

  • ARB-registered Architect
  • Significant experience in a UK-based architectural practice post-Part 3
  • Strong design and technical detailing abilities
  • Solid knowledge of UK planning processes, building regulations, and construction methods
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ambitious and career-focused with a proactive approach

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality architectural designs across all RIBA stages
  • Collaborate with clients to develop innovative and sustainable solutions
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal team members to ensure project success
  • Contribute to technical detailing and construction documentation
  • Support and mentor junior staff where appropriate
  • Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy and execution
