Location: Kent
Salary: 35-40,000
Our client, a well-established RIBA-chartered practice based in Kent, is seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Architect to join their collaborative team. Specialising in sustainable architecture across residential, commercial, and education sectors, the practice is entering an exciting phase of growth with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.
Requirements:
- ARB-registered Architect
- Significant experience in a UK-based architectural practice post-Part 3
- Strong design and technical detailing abilities
- Solid knowledge of UK planning processes, building regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ambitious and career-focused with a proactive approach
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality architectural designs across all RIBA stages
- Collaborate with clients to develop innovative and sustainable solutions
- Coordinate with consultants and internal team members to ensure project success
- Contribute to technical detailing and construction documentation
- Support and mentor junior staff where appropriate
- Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy and execution
