Senior Sous Chef £40k + Tronc
An exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join a thriving, high-end venue with two distinct dining experiences:
- The Restaurant a 1 Rosette restaurant striving for its second, offering refined, seasonal dining.
- The Spa Restaurant a health-focused concept serving vibrant breakfasts and wholesome lunches.
The Role:
- Lead the kitchen in the Spa Restaurant, delivering fresh, technically skilled, and beautifully presented dishes.
- Collaborate with the team in the Manor Restaurant for dinner service, ensuring consistency and excellence at a rosette level.
- Work straight shifts (no splits) with the goal of moving to a 4-day on, 3-day off rota soon.
- 45-hour contract in an extremely busy, year-round venue.
- Accommodation can be provided if required

- A chef with rosette-level experience, strong technical ability, and a passion for fresh, seasonal cooking.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance both structured fine dining and relaxed, health-conscious cuisine.
