We are a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ashford looking to appoint a Trainee Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEN across Early Years and Key Stages 1 and 2. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and keen to develop a career in education.

About the Role:
  • Support pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges.

  • Work one-to-one and in small groups, under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.
