We have an exciting opportunity to join an established maintenance team as a Multi Skilled Electrician.
Permanent – Staff position
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £38,225 per annum OTE £43,000 p/a (including standby).

What you will be doing:
- Carrying out electrical repairs and associated multi-skilled tasks in domestic and commercial properties
- Delivering high-quality work that meets safety and regulatory standards
- Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of your role
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in domestic and commercial property maintenance
- Has strong communication skills and can engage confidently with a wide range of people
- Is customer-focused and passionate about delivering a first-class repairs service
You must have:
- NVQ/City & Guilds qualification as an Electrician
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
- Testing & Inspection qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience working in a customer-focused environment
