Multi Skilled Carpenter/ Joiner required to work with leading Northumberland based Housing Associations Maintenance Team!
My client requires an experienced and professional multi skilled carpenter/joiner to work on reactive and planned repairs on domestic social housing properties across the Northumberland and wider region.
Work will include 2nd fix carpentry repairs such as door hanging, kitchen repairs, skirting and archatraves etc. There will also be basic aspects of other trades tap changes, patch plastering and decorating.
Salary: 33,354 basic salary - Expected Earnings 37,000 plus Van & Fuel Card Provided
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Ashington - Northumberland

Requirements:
NVQ or City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery
CSCS Card
Full UK Driving license
