Multi Skilled Operative/ Tradesman required to work with leading Northumberland based Housing Associations Maintenance Team!
My client requires an experienced and professional multi skilled tradesman to work on reactive and planned repairs on domestic social housing properties across the Northumberland and wider region.
Work will include assisting trade staff to undertake all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.
Salary: 28,851.00 basic salary - Expected Earnings 31,000plus Van & Fuel Card Provided
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Ashington - Northumberland

Requirements:
- Required to have good general trade skills
- CSCS card as appropriate to the role
- Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate with effectively
- To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies
- To understand risk assessments
- Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
- A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
