A well-established manufacturing and distribution business in the creative retail sector is looking for a Part-Time Telesales Representative to join their busy, friendly sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to help grow customer accounts through proactive and meaningful conversations. You’ll be based at their Ashington office and work 22.5 hours per week – with flexibility around which days you work, choose your own hours!  Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers to retain and grow revenue
  • Increase average spend and customer value through tailored sales conversations
  • Follow up on leads and supplied data to convert warm prospects into active customers
  • Analyse buying patterns to identify new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to understand and anticipate needs
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and feedback
  • Stay informed on product updates and pricing initiatives
  • Consistently hit personal sales targets and contribute to team goals
What They're Looking For:Essential:
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in a sales or telesales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in handling objections and negotiating deals
  • Tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), grades A–D
Desirable:
  • Background in B2B sales or customer account management
  • Familiarity with retail, wholesale, or product distribution sectors
