- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a sales or telesales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling objections and negotiating deals
- Tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), grades A–D
- Background in B2B sales or customer account management
- Familiarity with retail, wholesale, or product distribution sectors
