Role Purpose:

  • Provide a flexible and adaptable administrative support service to the Maintenance Compliance Team and Homes Team as required.
  • Lead on administrative functions of the Maintenance App.
  • Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation and support joined-up working between teams.
  • Coordinate works with wider compliance and maintenance teams to ensure delivery across portfolios.
  • Manage diary and workflow coordination for the in-house maintenance team, facilitating efficient service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support within Homes and Maintenance departments.
  • Raise work orders and issue to external/internal parties as required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the Maintenance Mailbox.
  • Liaise regularly with team members, including the Maintenance Supervisor and Property & Tenancy Executive, to prioritise and schedule maintenance works.
  • Upload maintenance works onto the app, diarise tasks, and allocate to relevant operatives.
  • Conduct audits and provide administrative support for all compliance programmes.
