About the Role
Were looking for dedicated Enablement Support Workers to empower adults to live independently within the community. Working hours vary between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm and are tailored to care packages. This role is ideal for those who are compassionate, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
What Youll Do
- Deliver enablement support in line with individual care plans
- Work within CQC standards and best practices
- Foster independence, dignity, and respect
- Maintain clear communication and documentation
- Collaborate effectively with the wider care team
What Youll Need
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- At least 1 year of experience in care or support work
- Warm, person-centred approach
- Excellent communication skills
