Administration and Procurement Coordinator Job in Wimborne

We are proud to being working with a well-established business who are a market leader in their industry. Our client is recruiting an Administration and Procurement Coordinator to join their friendly team based in Wimborne. This Administration and Procurement Coordinator role will support the Sales and Operations Manager with essential day-to-day administrative and procurement tasks, ensuring the operations run smoothly.You will play a key role in processing orders to helping coordinate service jobs, whilst providing professional support to customers and engineers.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A salary of 32,000 - 34,000 per annum
  • Working Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
  • Phone and laptop provided

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Sales and Operations Manager.
  • Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
  • Answer and respond to incoming calls, providing professional customer support
  • Log service jobs into our internal system and maintain up-to-date records
  • Assist the Service Manager with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Support basic accounts and procurement tasks
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and email management
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Utilise your Spreadsheets and Microsoft Office proficiency to maintain accurate records and improve processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the team in the Wimborne office

Minimum Skills and Experience:

  • A background working in sales administration
  • Confidence using spreadsheets, e-mail, and internal systems
  • An organised, accurate and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels
