Salary:            £13.25ph (Thursday & Friday – 09.30-16.00 – possible overtime)

We’re seeking bubbly, creative individuals who are looking for a rewarding opportunity as a professional FUN provider within a lovely elderly Nursing Home in Ashtead.

The role would involve:

  • Planning, organizing and overseeing a variety of activities for residents in a nursing home setting.
  • Developing engaging programs that promote socialization, physical activity and mental stimulation
  • Coordinating events and entertainment to enhance residents' quality of life
  • Collaborating with staff to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
  • Maintaining accurate records of activity participation and resident preferences

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or nursing home settings essential
  • Strong passion for providing care and improving the quality of life for residents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families and staff
  • Knowledge of mental health problems care practices and techniques desirable"
