- Experience as sales negotiator
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Ashtead area helpful
- Full driving license essential and own car
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
