Leadership and Management Tutor - July / August start

Up to £32k+ negotiable dep on experience/quals + company car for One of the UK's largest training & apprenticeship providers

NorthWest/Lancashire based - working with learners at their place of work, face to face visits where needed, group remote sessions mainly to higher level learners with regular HQ visits once a month, possibly more for development days

50/50 remote / travel to learners at their workplace

Are you a motivated Senior Operations Manager / Departmental Operations Manager looking to pass on your wealth of industry knowledge and teach our Leadership and Management Apprentices? Do you have a level 5 qualification in Management ?

Our client are looking to employ someone with a background in Senior management in retail or a general business management, to lead the way on our Level 5 Departmental Management qualifications. Have you done project management ?

It’ll be your job to make sure our learners in senior management and team leading roles are on track to gain their qualification, regularly visiting them and guiding them with your experience and knowledge of the industry. The role is mainly remote however there will be times when you need to meet with your learners out in their place of work. You’ll be visiting learners mainly around the NorthWest, to offer your advice, assess learners on their progress, set targets and goals for next visits and make sure employers are happy with the progress of the learners etc. As well as identifying opportunities to bring in more learners/new opportunities and vacancies, work with other departments to ensure the overall success of the business.

Reporting to the Assessor Team Leader, the role of the Leadership and Management Tutor ideally based in the NorthWest will be to deliver innovative teaching and learning sessions and assess a case load of students.
