Lifecycle Project Manager
Location: Tameside
Salary: £50,000 per annum (plus annual 5% bonus )
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

The role:
We’re looking for an experienced Lifecycle Project Manager to take ownership of lifecycle, variation, and small works delivery across a healthcare estate.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for the planning and delivery of lifecycle, variations and additional works valued between 10k and 3 million. This includes managing documentation, liaising with contractors and surveyors, and ensuring all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead and coordinate lifecycle and variation projects across the hospital estate

Oversee governance and approval processes for all lifecycle works

Work with commercial teams to prepare and manage contracts

Coordinate with surveyors for condition reports and lifecycle planning

Engage and manage contractors for design, construction, and commissioning

Proven experience in lifecycle project delivery within a PFI environment

Excellent organisational and coordination skills

A collaborative and proactive approach with the ability to work across teams

Sound health and safety knowledge
