We’re hiring for a Soldering Operative to join a growing manufacturing business based in Ashton-under-Lyne.
You’ll be working with precision, soldering copper wiring and connectors that play a vital part in high-quality electrical components.

- Mon – Fri | 7:30am – 4pm
- Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)

What will you be doing as a Soldering Operative?
- Soldering copper wiring and insulation into connectors before plastic moulding
- Working with tin-to-lead solder on a range of connectors (60–100 amps)
- Light soldering - attaching terminals onto inserts
- Using jigs for consistent, accurate work
- Following technical drawings and maintaining quality standards
What do you need?
- Previous soldering experience
- PCB or electronics assembly experience
