Belmont Recruitment are seeking an experiencedSupport Worker to join Rutland Council on an ongoing temporary contract. This role isproviding high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities within a day service setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred care and support to adults with a learning disability.

Support individuals to engage in meaningful activities, employment, learning, and educational opportunities.

Assist individuals to access their local community, encouraging social participation and independence.

Provide support with personal care, including washing, dressing, and administering medication in line with care plans.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a care or support role

A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
-
Enhanced DBS check required.
Hours - Shift basis (full time).
