This school supports 140 amazing students with significant learning difficulties across at least two areas of development. Students thrive in the schools nurturing environment, following one of four tailored pathways (Yellow, Purple, Blue, Green) that guide their unique curriculum.

Your Role:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Empower learners: Support students in overcoming barriers to learning, fostering their confidence and independence.
  • Collaborate with care: Work closely with teachers, peers, and families to provide tailored support.
  • Bring lessons to life: Assist in delivering creative, hands-on learning activities in subjects like PE, Computing, and Outdoor Learning.
  • Celebrate diversity: Champion each child’s individual potential, helping them achieve milestones that matter to them.
