Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, 4 days on / 4 days off (rotating)
Pay Rate: 14 per hour

We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join our fast-paced facility in Aspatria. You'll be an essential part of our production line, operating machinery and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Handle food products with care and precision
- Maintain accurate data logs and records
- Follow health & safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 4on/4off schedule
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
- A team player with a positive attitude
