The Communications Assistant will support managing engaging communications with all 58,000 colleagues in the GB and IE business through a variety of channels.

Your New Role
- Maintaining strong relationships with Key Stakeholders of all levels across the business
- Maintaining strong relationships with our agencies to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of materials produced
- Assisting with the creation of project briefs and communications
- Assisting with the organisation of large-scale National events
- Monitoring and controlling adherence to all deadlines
- Continuous improvement within role, simplifying processes and operations to maximise efficiencies
- Supporting the delivery of the departmental strategy
- Assisting with the creation of written content, internal videos, from script writing, to filming and managing
- creative agencies

About You
- Experience in communications
- Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail
- Able to investigate, analyse and challenge appropriately
- Able to manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work individually and as part of a wider team
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and able to use initiative
- Basic Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Starting salary £36,625 rising to £42,770
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
