Are you a passionate and motivated High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to take the next step in your education career? This role can consist of exciting duties such as:
Specialist Support (if applicable)
* Delivering interventions in literacy, numeracy, or special educational needs.
* Using specialist skills (e.g., ICT, EAL support, speech and language programs) to enhance learning.
Professional Development and Collaboration
* Liaising with parents, teachers, and other professionals (e.g., SENCOs, therapists).
* Attending staff meetings and training sessions.
* Acting as a role model for other TAs and sometimes mentoring junior support staff.
Pastoral Support
* Providing emotional support and encouragement to pupils.
* Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour.
* Supporting pupils with personal, social, or emotional challenges.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
* HLTA qualification (essential).
* Strong behaviour management skills.
* A minimum of 2 years' UK HLTA experience.
* Excellent safeguarding knowledge, as well as safeguarding training (we can provide training).
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
* References covering the last two years of employment.
