Were a growing temp recruitment agency seeking a proactive and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across our sites in Great Yarmouth and Attleborough. This is a key leadership role where youll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, building strong client relationships, and driving performance across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities:Manage operational delivery across client sites in Norfolk
Split your time between our Great Yarmouth office and Attleborough site
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Oversee compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements
Monitor and report on KPIs, service levels, and operational performance
Conduct regular site visits and compliance audits
Lead, support, and develop on-site teams to maintain service standards
Previous experience in a similar role within the recruitment or staffing industry
Strong organisational and client management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work flexibly across different locations
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and service delivery
Competitive salary between £30,000 £35,000, based on experience
