Salary: £42,000 - £45,000Contract Type: PermanentWorking Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Friday, with optional weekends)

As a Site Supervisor, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll lead and support site teams while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee installation and variation works in accordance with project specs and safety requirements

Liaise with the Project Manager regarding any potential changes

Perform regular safety audits and submit timely reports

Supervise commissioning of Watermist systems

Deliver Toolbox Talks and manage team training records
-
Foster strong, professional relationships with clients and site personnel

Promote and uphold quality, health, safety, and environmental standards

Solid knowledge of water mist fire suppression systems

Relevant certifications (SSSTS, CSCS)

Proven experience leading installation teams

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Flexibility to work varying hours and travel when necessary

Standard: 10-hour workdays with flexible start/finish times

On-Call: Participate in the on-call rota (1 week at a time) after 6 months
