Picker packer

Location: Attleborough

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Packer/Stacker and Box End Operative team members to join our client’s modern food production site in Attleborough. The factory is purpose-built with state-of-the-art egg grading and packing facilities, run by a dedicated and supportive team. These roles start as Temp to Perm, giving you the chance to grow into a long-term career.

• £12.24 per hour - £18.00 (OT rate) 

• £50 bonus for picking up an extra shift after completing your contracted hours

Packer/Stacker

• Loading eggs from conveyors onto pallets and trays

• Stacking products securely and efficiently

• Keeping quality high to meet delivery schedules

Box End Operative

• Packing eggs into boxes on the line

• Working at pace with accuracy and care

• Handling and lifting products safely throughout your shift

Packer/Stacker

• Physically fit and comfortable lifting/stacking items

• Able to reach and stack at height

• Team player with a “can do” attitude

Box End Operative

• Fast and accurate worker who can handle repetitive tasks

• Comfortable with bending, lifting, and keeping up with production speed

• Reliable and focused throughout the shift

• 6:00am – 18;30m
