On behalf of our client near Bawtry we are now recruiting for 2 Production Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis.
The client Is a leading grower that are supplying products into all leading supermarkets in the UK and looking suitable candidates to join their team on a long-term basis. Previous experience working in either food production or farming is an advantage.
Due to the location you will have transport be able to demonstrate you can get to work reliably.
Shift: 6am start, working up to 12 hours a day, 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Pay: £12.21 per hour plus £28.50 bonus per day for Weekends.
Main Duties Include;
- Moving product to key production areas.
- Cleaning down & site housekeeping.
- Operating machinery as needed.
- Working in poly tunnels.
- Working to health and safety standards.
- Other duties as required.
Suitable candidate will have;
- Previous production experience.
- Be able to work the shifts as required.
- Be willing to work all necessary duties within the job role.
