Job Duties:- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary school students
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the varying needs of students
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Assess and record students' progress and development
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Enhanced DBS check
- Good understanding of the UK primary curriculum
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Experience working as a supply teacher
- Work in a primary school setting in Grays, Essex
- Full-time hours during term time
- Potential for a variety of teaching assignments and year groups
