Digital Marketing Executive
OA are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our client’s successful and growing team.
You will support the Brand and Campaign Lead in developing marketing campaign strategies to drive business growth. You will support in planning, coordinating, and activating campaigns driving customer and prospect engagement and generating demand for products and services.
Location: Borehamwood
Hours: Full-time, 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working available after a successful 6-month probation period.
Salary: Up to £40,000 – depending on experience

Digital Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver campaigns with defined goals, target audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, and ROI-focused metrics.
- Create and adapt engaging content across formats (articles, graphics, video, etc.), ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Manage digital assets to ensure they're organised, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.
- Execute campaigns across digital channels (social, email, web, ads), maintaining consistent messaging and timely launches.
- Monitor and analyse performance using KPIs, optimising tactics in real-time to meet objectives.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, aligning efforts and adapting based on feedback and changing goals.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews to measure success, capture learnings, and refine future strategies.
- Prepare accurate budget forecasts, track spend, control costs, and report on variances to ensure ROI is maximised.
Digital Marketing Executive Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years marketing experience with campaigns
- Able to think critically and demonstrate proven experience in crafting comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth
- Possess an exceptional ability to analyse and derive meaningful insights from diverse data sources. This involves interpreting digital marketing analytics to inform strategies, understanding market trends, and using insights to drive competitive advantage
- Demonstrate a commitment to understanding and advocating for customer's needs and preferences across all marketing initiatives
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and meeting strict deadlines
