Description

  • Process and verify invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper coding of expenses to the correct accounts
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist in preparing payment runs and ensuring all approvals are obtained
  • Maintain and update accounts payable records and files
  • Handle supplier queries and provide prompt resolutions
  • Support month-end closing processes as required
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance-focused role
  • A strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
