Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Are you currently working as a Production Operative and ready to take the next step? This is your chance to progress into a Line Leader role and develop your leadership skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:- Take ownership of your own production line.
- Lead and motivate a team of 5 Production Operatives to hit targets and maintain quality.
- Support training and development for your team.
- Troubleshoot issues and carry out basic maintenance to keep things running smoothly.
- Work closely with the Shift Manager and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Experience working as a Production Operative or in a manufacturing environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
(Previous leadership experience is a bonus, but not essential—we’ll support your development!)
