We're recruiting 2 x Contact Centre Sales Advisors to join their expanding sales team on a full-time, permanent basis, starting Monday 2nd June 2025.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, customer-focused brand that invests heavily in its people. These are warm leads - no cold calling - and your goal is to understand their needs, offer suitable solutions, and close the sale with confidence and care.FCA Knowledge & Compliance:You must have prior experience working in an FCA-regulated environment and be confident using dialler systems. Adhering to compliance and regulatory standards is critical.Drive & Service Mentality:You’ll be positive, proactive, and target-driven, while still maintaining a service-first approach in every customer interaction. Your ability to listen and build rapport will set you apart.Adaptability & Communication:Whether you’re remote or in-office, clear communication and personal accountability are vital. You’ll be well-organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Details:
  • Start Date: Monday 2nd June 2025 (must be available)
  • 2 Weeks fully on-site training.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm and 10am - 6pm (no weekends!)
  • Location Options:
    • Fully remote (UK-based)
    • Hybrid (1 day per week in Aylesbury office - Wednesdays)
    • Fully office-based (Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire)
