Our client is seeking a Chef de Partie for their busy country dining pub near Aylesbury.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working with fresh food, ideally to a AA rosette standard.
The position offers a salary of £29-30k plus £4k in tips, along with benefits such as meals, PPE, uniform, and staff discounts.
The role involves working on various kitchen sections, supporting the Head Chef, and managing your own section.
Candidates must have their own transport due to the country location of the pub.

Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their country dining pub near Aylesbury. They are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with experience of working with all fresh food to ideally a AA rosette standard. The role is in a country location so you will need your own transport. The role is 4 straight day shifts with 3 off.

The Role

Working on each section of the kitchen
Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
Managing and ordering for your own section
Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service

Experience

You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant
Ability to work on each section
Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations
