Are you a confident and organised individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our Aylesbury based clients busy, friendly and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a supportive company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage customer queries and process orders
  • Book engineers for jobs and coordinate appointments
  • Liaise with customers, internal departments, and clients
  • Ensure smooth communication and follow-up across all stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records using in-house systems
  • Support both new and existing customers with professionalism and care
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet deadlines and service standards
  • Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders according to agreed SLA's

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Confident multitasker with a proactive approach
  • Good IT skills and experience using internal systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a customer service or coordinator role is desirable
