A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join my clients team in their Wendover office.

The successful candidate will have a cheery and engaging personality with initiative and be someone who is organised and calm under pressure.This full-time position offers a demanding and varied caseload handling all types of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.To apply you will be experienced in all matters relating to residential conveyancing. A qualification is not essential.Key Skills & Requirements:• The ideal candidate will be at least 3+ years qualified either as a solicitor or as a Licensed Conveyancer - experienced fee earners will also be considered.• Situated local or be familiar with the area will be an advantage• Have effective networking skills• Experience of running own caseload• Ability and desire to meet targets• Able to handle matters from initial instructions, to exchange and to completion• Excellent inter-personal, customer service and team working skills• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local clients.• Excellent organisational skills• Good local business contacts/a following would be an advantage
