We are working with a combined primary school in central Aylesbury who require a full time LSA/TA for AutumnTerm.

The role is full time, working 1:1 within Foundation Stage.

The school is very supportive and there is scope for the role to continue for the duration of the academic year 2025/26.

The requirements:

As the successful Teaching Assistant you will need to;

  • Have a Level 2/Level 3 NVQ or a minimum of 6 months experience in working within an education setting as a Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse
  • Be engaging and flexible as needed
  • Able to deal with challenging behaviour
  • Have a patient, creative approach
  • Have experience working with SEND needs
  • Be able to use your own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team
  • Undertake a full registration interview including DBS and reference checks
